Our villa is a charming holiday villa with wooden architecture, located in a magnificent location in the village of Islamlar in Kalkan. Our house has a total of two bedrooms. One of them is ensuite with 2 bedrooms and has a capacity of 4 people. There are 1 double and 2 single beds in 2 bedrooms, 1 with jacuzzi. From the open-plan living / dining room and kitchen area, the swimming pool and barbecue / patio area, designed to be invisible from the outside, is passed.

Our special holiday villa, which includes many equipment, is ideal for our guests who are looking for a different option for their honeymoon vacation. With this feature of our villa, which is not visible from the outside, the private swimming pool will provide you with a very detached environment for your honeymoon. In this respect, our villa is ideal for conservative families. Our villas, which are similar to the bottom of our villa, are also on our page. Crowded families or groups of friends have the opportunity to rent multiple villas.

Our villa, which is about 9 km from the center of Kalkan, is located in a high position on the hill. There are also similarly designed villas where it is located, but Villa Alemdar is the highest place among these villas.

Our villa has all the tools and equipment you will need in your home, and there is free internet access.

Pool: There is a private pool with 150 cm depth, 6 m length and 3 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the early morning hours.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" specified on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 750TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests.
