Our villa is located in the center of Kalkan. It is a private villa for you with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people. The elaborate luxurious décor, thoughtful touches and design of our villa will make your holiday enjoyable and will awaken the desire of you, our dear guests, to never end your holiday.

It is possible to watch the sea view from all the rooms of our villa. There is a private large swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and sitting groups in the garden of our villa, whose garden floor is sheltered by glass. We are waiting for you, our precious guests, in our carefully designed villa for you to have a nice holiday with your family or groups of friends.

1st Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view, and there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

2nd Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view, 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

3rd Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view, and there is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

4th Bedroom: This is a young bedroom with sea and nature view, with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

Hall: Its air-conditioned lounge has a wonderful sea and nature view. There is a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet in the living room. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.

Kitchen: In the American Kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner, oven, electric kettle, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and toaster, pans and pots, 8-person table and chair, dinner set, cutlery, water and tea glasses are included. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

To our customers' information:

The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
Although these areas are a developed settlement, they are dispersed and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.

At the entrance to the villa, a deposit of 500 - 5000 TL varies depending on the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the homeowners. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. Despite this, there is a possibility of seeing insects etc. in our villas located in natural environment.
