Located in Kalkan Kördere, this charming honeymoon villa has a single bedroom and a capacity of 2 people. Due to the common use of Wc in the villa, it can be accepted for families with children up to 3 people capacity with the sofas in the living room.

The master bedroom in our villa has a double bed and an indoor pool with private heating system. With the Hydro Massage Jacuzzi system in the indoor pool, you will relieve the tiredness of the day and you will feel rested. There is a heating system in our indoor pool in our bedroom. The pool heating fee is included in the price between 01 JANUARY - 01 MAY and 15 OCTOBER - 31 DECEMBER. An extra fee of 500 TL will be requested from our customers who want to use it in other months. (The pool water temperature will be between 25-29 degrees)

In the very large living room, there is an open-plan American kitchen, bar and bar stools for your small snacks, 1 large sofa, communal wc and television. Our villa has a parking garage for one vehicle and wifi internet connection. On the very large pool terrace, we have a swimming pool, shallow pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, a dining table, a seating group and a double camellia sunbed for you to relax. In our villa, all the furniture, kitchen tools and equipment you need are available, up to an ironing hair dryer.

Our villa, which stands out with its proximity to Kalkan city center, is 5 minutes away from the center by car. For your daily needs, market mosque etc ... is only 300 meters away. Therefore, it is an ideal villa for our guests who do not want to use a vehicle on holiday. In addition, being close to the city center is also advantageous in terms of air temperature during low seasons. Our villa is completely sheltered and is not visible in any way from the surroundings. The curtains in front of the pool can be opened easily if you wish. Sea view is available after the curtains are opened. It is an ideal villa option for our honeymoon couples and small families.

If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price.
