Our villa, located in Fethiye Çiftlik, is a rental holiday villa with private pool and garden. Our villa, which consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has a capacity of 7 people. Our villa is in a quiet location, 4 km from the nearest beach and 10 km from Fethiye city center.

1st bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, 1 en-suite bathroom / WC

There is 1 shared bathroom / WC in the hall upstairs.

Although Ciftlik is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you on request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the price, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 750 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, in our villas in natural environment, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
