Our villa is located in the natural and historical Kayakoy region of Fethiye, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Turkey. Our villa, which completely overlooks the forest and nature, has 4 double beds in 4 bedrooms.

Our villa has a living room, carefully furnished living room with a magnificent American kitchen, modern armchairs, 8-person dining table, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

This villa, which is suitable for our large families, offers a perfect holiday opportunity with its unique interior design with its large private swimming pool .. This summer house with air conditioning in each room is 5 km away from Gemiler Bay where you can have a picnic.

While your children are enjoying the pool, you can relieve the tiredness and stress on the jacuzzi, sun loungers, garden swing or pears in the garden.

The jacuzzi in the bedroom is also suitable for our honeymoon couples.

The window at the back of our villa is frosted and opens only upwards. In addition, together with the screen placed here, the other Villa is located in a completely sheltered way. There is no settlement in the close vicinity of our villa.

Pool heating is free of charge in March, April and October, November and December and the other months are 1500 TL.

About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature level that the outdoor pools with heating feature can reach is 28 ° C. Especially in open pools, between the beginning of November and the end of March, the pool water heats up to a maximum of 26 ° C due to the weather conditions.

The outdoor pool is closed for use in January and February.

The arrival day of our villa is only Monday.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the inner parts of Kayaköy, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven (secondary) roads.

Although Kayaköy is a village, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the locations of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 1500 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken by the landlords as a damage security at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
