Our villa is located in Kınalı area of ​​Fethiye Kayaköy, it is a villa located in the most beautiful place in Kayaköy, the historical and touristic region of Fethiye, one of the famous holiday resorts of Turkey.

Located in Fethiye Kayaköy, built in 2014, it is a luxury summer villa with a sheltered swimming pool. Our villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Our villa has been carefully built using stone and cedar wood.

Our villa has a living room, carefully furnished living room with a magnificent American kitchen, modern armchairs, dining table for 8 people, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Our villa has a private swimming pool and a children's pool, it is not visible from the outside and the pool size is 8m. X 4m. depth 1.6 m. dir. Garden and pool cleaning and maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

The window at the back of our villa is frosted and opens only upwards. In addition, together with the screen placed here, the other Villa is located in a completely protected manner. There is no settlement in the close vicinity of our villa.

Pool heating is free of charge in March, April and October, November and December and the other months are 1500 TL.

About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature level that the outdoor pools with heating feature can reach is 28 ° C. Especially in open pools, between the beginning of November and the end of March, the pool water heats up to a maximum of 26 ° C due to the weather conditions.

The outdoor pool is closed for use in January and February.

The arrival day of our villa is only Monday.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the inner parts of Kayaköy, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven (secondary) roads.

Although Kayaköy is a village, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the locations of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 1500 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken by the landlords as a damage security at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
