Our villa is located in Islamlar Village in Kalkan, in nature, very close to the village center. There are two bedrooms in this charming holiday villa. 1 of them is ensuite and has 2 bedrooms and has a capacity of 4 adults and 1 infant. 1 of them has a jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms have 1 double, 2 single and 1 baby bed.

From the open-plan living / dining room and kitchen area, there is a swimming pool and barbecue / patio area designed to be invisible from the outside. Our private villa, which contains all kinds of equipment you may need, is ideal for our guests who are looking for a special place for honeymoon holidays. Our house, which has a completely detached environment and a sheltered swimming pool, is a very nice option for conservative families.

Our villa, which is about 8 km from the center of Kalkan, is located on a high hill, family and friends groups of more than 4 people can spend their holidays by renting more than one villas next to our villa if other villas are available. The pools of our other villas are not visible from the outside.

Pool: There is a private pool with 150 cm depth, 6 m length and 3 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the early morning hours.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" specified on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 750TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests.
