Our villa has 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are bathrooms, and has a capacity of 14 people. There are 4 double and 6 single beds in 7 bedrooms. From the open-plan living / dining room and kitchen area, the swimming pool and barbecue / patio area, designed to be invisible from the outside, is passed.

Our holiday villa in Kalkan has elegant design and exquisite Kalkan and sea views. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you may need in your home and has free internet access. The olive trees around this rental villa, leaning against the Taurus Mountains, cleanse the atmosphere, prevent the overwhelming moisture in the summer and maximize the oxygen in the region. This villa, which was completed in 2014, is a new and luxurious villa.Everything has been thought for your comfort in our villa furnished with luxury furniture.

Our villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are bathrooms, and a living / dining room with an open kitchen opening to the swimming pool. The dining table in the kitchen has a capacity of 12 people.

 There is a private pool with 150 cm depth, 10 m length and 5 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the early morning hours.

NOTE: The pool of our villa can be heated for a fee of 250 TL per day during cool periods. We kindly ask you to inform your heating requests at the time of reservation.

 Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental Conditions" stated on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 2000 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken by the landlords as a damage security at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, in our villas in the natural environment, insects and so on. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
