Our twin villas located in Oludeniz region, which is the apple of the world famous tourism, are within walking distance to the sea and are the only complex that offers a holiday opportunity. Our complex consisting of 6 villas has a boutique hotel right next to it. Our guests staying in our villas can benefit from the bar and restaurant of this hotel for a fee.

Our villas are twin villas on the right and one side will be allocated to you.

You can spend a nice holiday accompanied by oxygen rich nature view. Our villa, which has a very beautiful architecture, has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open kitchen-living room. It is an ideal option for honeymoon couples.

There is no BBQ / Barbecue in our villa.

Pool: There is a private pool with 130 cm depth, 6 m length and 4 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the early morning hours.

Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that the pool and sunbathing area of ​​our conservative holiday villa is not visible from the outside, it cannot be guaranteed that other parts of the villa (balconies, upstairs windows, car parks, some parts of the garden, etc.) are not visible from the outside as 100%.

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Oludeniz, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Oludeniz is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" specified on the web page in advance.

*** A deposit of 2000 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
