Our Villa is a holiday villa in South West Turkey with a private swimming pool. It located in a small hamlet of Keciler at the beautiful Kayakoy. It has very large garden and very private.
Our Villa can accomodate 8 people comfortably in its 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and airconditioning units. Downstair's rooms share a bathroom. With its double height living room and open plan kitchen there is plenty of space for everybody.
Fethiye is a busy and bustling market town and apart from tourism vegetables. The yacht harbor is located inside the Fethiye bay. There are many restaurant that you can have an enjoyable dinner and drink very reasonable price.
Kayakoy was established on this ancient site in the 11th century according to some sources. There are restaurants and bars scattered throughout the valley.
Oludeniz Belcekiz inlet, with numerous shades of blue and long beach will welcome you. It seems to deny its name as it comes to hug you with turquoise waters that reflects the shadow of pine forests.
There are plenty of things to do and places to visit in the Fethiye region. If you want to be lazy the villa's all day sunny pool is the best place for it. Reading a book lying in the hammak on the balcony listening the birds, or watching shooting stars , milky way at nights are the other relaxing things.
It has a great mix of being away from it all but also having lots of activities and larger towns nearby if you want a bit more action.

Swimming Pool :Secluded private swimmingpool with 160 cm depth, 8 m length and 4 m width. Swimmingpool and garden is maintained every day.

The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
Although these areas are a developed settlement, they have a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the price, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.

At the entrance to the villa, a deposit of 500 - 5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.

All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. Despite this, there is a possibility of seeing insects etc. in our villas located in natural environment.
